Light mineral-organic structure

Due to the high content of expanded clay and pumice, the substrate is not over-compacted, it is lightweight and reduces weight loading on the roof structure

Excellent drainage

Thanks to the minerals and porous structure, the substrate has very good permeability and prevents water stagnation, which can lead to excessive weight loading on the roof and damage to the plants

Moisture retention

Organic additives, such as compost and peat, help to maintain adequate moisture levels and promote the growth of micro-organisms, ensuring appropriate conditions for the plant growth

Erosion resistance

Thanks to its high mineral content and porous structure, the substrate guarantees root stabilization and is resistant to weather conditions – leaching by rain or wind
