• pH in H2O: 6,0–8,8

• Salinity: 2,0–4,0g/l

• Organic matter content in dry matter: over 10%

Usage


• The best application period is spring and autumn, it can also be used throughout the year depending on the application

Ornamental plants

• Late top dressing: spread a layer of 3-4 cm (30-40 l / m²), mix with the topsoil to a depth of approx. 20 cm

• Fertilizing before planting: mix garden compost in a ratio of 1: 4 with the soil in which we plant plants to a depth of about 20-30 cm

Fruit plants

• Before planting, spread up to 4 l / m²

• Garden compost should be evenly spread over the surface of the soil and then mixed with the surface layer of soil

• In an existing orchard, garden compost must be spread around the trees in early spring, before vegetation begins, in quantities up to 2 l / m²

Mulching

• Spread 2–5 cm of garden compost under plants

Lawn

• Spread 1 cm (10 l / m²) of garden compost onto an existing lawn to strengthen it

• When setting up the lawn, spread 4-5 cm (40-50 l / m²) and mix with the soil

Greengrocer

• Spread a layer of 2–5 cm (20–50 l / m²) and mix with the soil to a depth of approx. 15–30 cm

• You can then plant plants

Preparation of arable media

• Mix 20–40% garden compost with peat or other soil components
