Our mission

Our mission is to support companies from the horticultural industry in growing plants and creating beautiful places by providing solid gardening substrates with exceptional quality recipes, packaging and convenient deliveries. We strive for stable development of our organization and our partners so that we can continue to provide innovative solutions that bring benefits to our customers. Our goal is to achieve satisfaction through the trust and respect that our company enjoys among customers, partners and employees.

Experience

We are a substrate expert with 50 years of experience. Our products have been awarded many times. We produce on an area of approximately 6 hectares. We are able to adapt to the client and changing circumstances. We load up to 60 trucks of ready-made substrates per day during the season. We have built a network of suppliers who provide us with a stable supply of our substrates.

We create beautiful places

We take part in many investments that beautify urban space. We contributed to the construction of the gardens of the Royal Castle and the Vistula Boulevards in Warsaw. Our professional substrates bring results visible in many gardens, on the roofs of modern buildings, as well as on the streets and tracks of the capital and other large cities in Poland and abroad.

Recipe quality

We place great emphasis on the exceptionally repeatable quality of our recipes and the unprecedented variety of raw materials used. We undertake new topics in the field of the so-called soil engineering. Every year we conduct extensive vegetation tests to check the recipes and raw materials used.

ISO 9001 certificate

Since 2005 we have been improving the quality management system according to ISO 9001 in the field of production and design of horticultural substrates.

PSDZ certificate

For many years we have been providing substantive and financial support to the “Green Roofs” Polish Association. This is an organization that promotes modern ways of greening roofs and building facades. In 2018 we received from the Management Board of the “Green Roofs” Polish Association the CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT to honor and document the overall activity of the company.

PSCO Support

We support the Polish Association of Garden Centers as a supplier of flower substrates, bark and peat. We produce our own brand for Gardening Centers associated in this association.

I have been working as a company representative for 12 years meeting directly with our contractors. I collect orders, solve problems and gain new recipients. I take care of sales support by organizing and taking part in fairs and open days.

Marcin Kopczyński

I have been working for the company since 2015. I focus on selling our products to wholesalers, shops, gardening farms and constructions. I place great emphasis on good contact with the client. I spend my free time mainly with family and friends. I like fishing and admiring the beauty of nature.

Marcin Mistrzak

Product Manager

I supervise the quality, development and sale of Kik Mix EXPERT products. I am fascinated by the topic of peat. I have a PhD in this field. My doctoral thesis concerned microorganisms living in peat. I write scientific publications in the field of ecology. Mountains are my hobby.

Andrzej Krupa

First of all, I do not make life difficult for my clients. I also care about the good reputation of our company as a reliable supplier. But when sometimes something goes wrong, I pick up the phone and listen, then find a solution. The most important thing for me is that our relationships grow well on a fantastic “ground”. I like to eat a good dinner and if my private diabetologist (wife) does not see it, I will not despise yeast dough, especially warm with milk 🙂

I am the heart of the company. I have been working here for 16 years. I deal with broadly understood customer service. I spend my free time in the Suwałki Lake District, in a cinema or theater.

Transport / Logistics

I provide professional customer service in the field of full truck, groupage and loose products deliveries in Poland and Europe. I care about the completeness and timeliness of deliveries as well as flexibility in the scope of changes in implemented orders.

Bookkeeping

I am the first in the company to answer calls. I accept deliveries and keep all kinds of documents. I’m interested in unconventional medicine. I love old movies.

Anna Kruk

Bookkeeping

I am a specialist in difficult matters related to documents and finances. I have been working in the company since childhood, supporting my parents and brother. My hobbies are traveling and motorbike.

I care about the proper inventory of raw materials, contact with suppliers, search for new suppliers and contact with foreign contractors.
